The practice is done eyes closed gently in your own safer space. Bring your own blindfold, if you wish so! Please do not arrive if sick. The practice is a physical exercise and will be guided at the beginning. Shambhu does the practice with you. Bring comfortable clothing and be as you are! YOU ARE WELCOME!
